§ 8-43. Credits against utility fees and assessments.

Property owners may receive a mitigation credit against utility fees and assessments for mitigation facilities that offset the impact of that benefited properties on the stormwater management system of the county. Such determined shall be made by the director and shall be made in accordance with the guidelines set forth in resolutions of the board.
