§ 8-42. Notice requirements.

A public hearing shall be held prior to the adopting of resolutions establishing or modifying an area of the benefit area or setting or modifying stormwater utility fees or assessments. Notice of the public hearing shall be published in a local newspaper distributed within the county at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
