§ 8-44. Billing and payment of utility fees or assessments, penalties; adjustments.

The board shall establish by the preliminary rate resolution the method of collecting stormwater utility fees and assessments, including the use of the non-ad valorem collection procedures contained in Section 197.3632, Florida Statutes and may provide for any remedies permitted under state law for collection of payments, including liens and penalties and any remedies set forth in the provisions contained in Section 403.0893, Florida Statutes as amended.
