§ 6-53. Applicability to existing buildings.

The requirements of section 6-52 apply to an addition to or a renovation of an existing building only if the cost of the addition or renovation exceeds 25 percent of the value of the existing building and compliance with the requirements of this section will not require substantial modification of the existing plumbing system.
