§ 6-52. Conservation specifications.

Latest version.

No new building shall be constructed which:
(1)

Employs a tank-type water closet having a tank capacity in excess of three and one-half gallons of water; or

(2)

Employs a shower head or faucet that allows a flow of more than an average of three gallons of water per minute at 60 pounds of pressure per square inch.
