§ 2-134. Application procedure.

  • That the board of county commissioners establishes the following procedure for requesting the voluntary separation incentive program:

    (1)

    Employees applying for voluntary separation must submit their applications to the human resources department no later than May 7, 2010 to be considered.

    (2)

    The human resources department may assist the employee in completing the necessary application forms and shall determine whether the employee meets the minimum criteria for the voluntary separation incentive program.

    (3)

    If the human resources department determines that an applicant meets the minimum criteria, the human resources department will notify the appropriate department director for their input.

    (4)

    After review, the human resources department will forward the application to the county administrator for approval.
