§ 8-64. Enforcement, penalties.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision or fail to comply with any of the requirements of this article. Violations of the provisions of this article may be enforced by any method prescribed by law, including injunctive relief and the provisions of Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, and any ordinances enacted thereunder.
