§ 5-97. Interpretation.

The provisions of this section shall be construed in order to effectively carry out its purpose. Where any provisions of this section refers to or incorporates another provision, ordinance, statute, rule, regulation, policy, official publication, or other authority, it refers to the most current version, incorporating any amendments thereto.
