§ 5-96. Enforcement and penalties.

The enforcement and penalties of this section shall be as provided in article of chapter 11 of the county Code, as may be amended from time to time. Each day of any such violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In addition to the Okaloosa County Code Enforcement Division, the Department of Environmental Protection or the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission shall have authority to enforce the provisions contained herein.
