§ 3-63. Penalties.

(a)

Generally. Any person violating any of these regulations shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 60 days, or by both. Such fine and imprisonment shall be at the discretion of the court.

(b)

Removal or ejection from air terminal. In addition to penalties otherwise provided, any person in violation of these rules, or refusing to comply therewith, may be promptly removed or ejected from the air terminal and, under the authority of the county board of commissioners, be deprived of the further use of the air terminal and its facilities for such length of time as may be specified by the board.
