§ 3-55. Commercial activities.
(a)
Conduct of business. No operation shall be permitted at the air terminal without a fully executed lease agreement with the board containing provisions for strict compliance with these and other relevant standards and regulations and containing such other special provisions as may be required under such lease, or any other special circumstances which may be applicable to such particular operation.
(b)
Advertisements. No person shall post, distribute or display signs, advertisements, circulars or written matter of any kind on the property of the air terminal, without the permission of the manager.
(c)
Religious and charitable activities. In order to carry out the primary mission of providing a safe and efficient facility for processing air passengers and related functions, no religious or charitable organization shall conduct activities at the air terminal without the express consent of the manager. Due to space limitations only one religious or charitable group shall be allowed to conduct any activity at the air terminal on any day or specific period of time. In order to comply with security and safety requirements, religious or charitable groups and/or their representatives shall not conduct activities within the baggage claim area, within 20 feet of the Southern Airways' ticket counter, within ten feet of any car rental agency counter, on sidewalks or roads so as to obstruct traffic, in any secure area, or in any area under exclusive lease to a tenant or concessionaire. To prevent congestion and/or obstruction of normal activities, no more than two persons of any group will be allowed to participate in activities at the air terminal without the consent of the manager. The passing out of materials that will cause or contribute to littering or unsafe conditions will not be permitted. Only those charitable or religious organizations that are licensed, authorized or otherwise recognized by the state will be allowed to conduct activities of any purpose on air terminal property.
(d)
Commercial photography. No person except representatives of the press on duty during official assignments shall take still, motion or sound pictures for commercial purposes on the air terminal without permission of the manager.
(e)
Cargo or other storage. Unless otherwise provided in a lease or other agreement, no person shall use any area of the air terminal for the storage of property without the permission of the manager.
