§ 20-134. Distribution of the six cents of the local option gas taxes.

The proceeds of the six cents local option gas tax shall be distributed to the county and all eligible municipalities in accordance with the provisions of subsection (4) of Section 336.025, Florida Statutes. This distribution formula may hereinafter be amended by the adoption of interlocal agreements with the eligible municipalities as provided by Section 336.025, Florida Statutes.
