§ 20-133. Effective period of tax.

Latest version.

The imposition of the sixth cent of the aforesaid local option gas tax was originally imposed from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2017, both inclusive. Such aforesaid sixth-cent local option gas tax is hereby extended and shall be effective from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2044, both inclusive.
