§ 17-130. Limitation on powers and responsibilities.

The Okaloosa County/Crestview Enterprise Zone Development Agency shall not exercise the powers and responsibilities described in F.S. § 290.0056(9) and (10), except to the extent expressly approved by the resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida.
