§ 17-62. Designation and establishment of local planning agency.

Pursuant to and in accordance with Section 163.3174 of Florida Statutes (the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act of 1975) the county planning and zoning commission is hereby designated and established as the local planning agency for the unincorporated territory of Okaloosa County, Florida.
