§ 12-180. Establishment name change.

No licensee may change the name of an adult entertainment establishment unless and until he satisfies each of the following requirements:

(1)

Gives the tax collector 30 days' notice in writing of the proposed name change;

(2)

Pays the tax collector a $3.00 change-of-name fee; and

(3)

Complies with Section 865.09, Florida Statutes.
