§ 12-66. Same—Availability to law enforcement officers for inspection.

Every pawnbroker, pawnshop or secondhand dealer who receives any of the articles described in section 12-65 for pawn, pledge or purchase shall make available to the office of the county sheriff, on a daily basis, a full and complete copy or transcript of the books or registers in which is entered the transactions of the preceding day, except Saturday, which is to be provided on Monday.
