§ 12-67. Dealing with persons under eighteen.

It shall be unlawful for any pawnbroker or pawnshop or secondhand dealer to buy, take or receive by way of pledge, pawn, exchange, or purchase, any goods, wares, merchandise or article of personal property of any kind from any person under the age of 18 years.
