Whenever the codes enumerated herein contain provisions for review boards, advisory
boards, board of adjustment or the like, these provisions shall mean that all appeals,
unless specifically stated otherwise, shall be acted upon by the board of adjustment
in accordance with chapter 11 of this ordinance and further, all violations of this
ordinance shall be acted upon by the code enforcement board in accordance with chapter
11 and further, the governing body may appoint other boards as it may deem appropriate.
