§ 9-46. Curfew.

  • During any local state of emergency, the board of county commissioners or designated county official in conjunction with the sheriff is authorized to establish curfews, including, but not limited to, the prohibition of or restrictions on pedestrian and vehicular movement, standing, and parking, except for the provision of designated essential services such as fire, police and hospital services, including the transportation of patients thereto, utility and emergency repairs, emergency calls by physicians, and such other exceptions as deemed essential for all or a portion of the county.
