§ 8-58. Industrial or construction activity discharges.

Any person, business, or corporation subject to an industrial or construction activity NPDES stormwater discharge permit shall comply with all provisions of such permit. Proof of compliance with said permit may be required in a form acceptable to Okaloosa County or designee prior to allowing discharges to the (municipal/county) separate storm sewer system.
