§ 8-40. Budget.

The board shall adopt a budget for the stormwater utility which shall be effective no later than the first day of each fiscal year. The budget shall set forth for such fiscal year the estimated revenues and the estimated costs for operations and maintenance, extension and replacement, capital improvements and debt service.
