§ 8-36. Establishment of utility.

The board hereby establishes a stormwater utility, which shall be responsible for the conservation, management, protection, control, use, and enhancement of water resources in the county and the management, operation, maintenance, and improvement of the county's stormwater management system, and which utility shall operate as a section of the public works department of the county.
