§ 8-33. Authority.

The board is authorized by the Constitution of the State of Florida and the laws of the state, including but not limited to, Chapter 125, Florida Statutes and Section 403.0893, Florida Statutes to construct, reconstruct, improve, and extend stormwater management systems, or create stormwater utilities and to issue bonds and incur other obligations to finance in whole or part the cost of such systems and to establish just and equitable rates, fees, assessments and charges for the services and facilities provided by such systems.
