In the event a dispute arises concerning the interpretation of any code or provision
hereby enacted, the party objecting to the interpretation of the inspector of the
particular field involved shall make written appeal of the decision to the building
official. If the matter is not resolved, to the satisfaction of the party concerned
by the building official, further appeal may be made to the construction board of
adjustments and appeals. The appointment, membership, terms, quorum, powers and procedures
of the construction board of adjustments and appeals are provided in Chapter 1 of
the Florida Building Code.
