§ 6-221. Composition; appointment of members.

The board of county commissioners shall appoint ten members to the electrical competency board and fix their terms of office. The board shall consist of ten members, five of whom shall be licensed electrical contractors, one of whom shall be an alarm contractor, one of whom shall be a specialty contractor, and three who are consumer representatives. The building official shall be an ex officio member of the board, but he or she shall have no vote.
