§ 6-35. Design for energy utilization required.

Any public building constructed on or after March 6, 1979, shall provide a design for energy utilization in such a manner as to provide that the design for energy use for illumination be no less stringent than a standard consistent with the provisions of Section 9 of ASHRAE Standard 90-75.
