§ 5-77. Refusal to issue permit or license.

(a)

False information on application. If the applicant has withheld or falsified any information on the application, the county or its authorized agent shall refuse to issue a permit or license.

(b)

Persons convicted of cruelty to animals. No person who has been convicted of cruelty to animals shall be issued a permit or license to operate a commercial animal establishment.
