The following rules and regulations governing the administration and operation of
the Okaloosa County Air Terminal at Eglin Air Force Base and its appurtenant area,
buildings and facilities under the jurisdiction of the board of county commissioners
are hereby adopted under the authority included in Chapter 322.08 Florida Statutes,
and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Department of the Air
Force Lease No. AFSC-ADTC-73-1, and amendments thereto, and the terms and conditions
of the joint use agreement dated August 28, 1972 between Eglin Air Force Base, Florida,
and Okaloosa County, Florida.
