§ 2-81. Authority.

This article is enacted pursuant to the Home Rule Powers granted to the county under the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida, for the purpose of creating the office of county administrator for Okaloosa County, Florida; and providing for the appointment, qualifications, compensation, powers and duties of that office.
