§ 24-304. Review fee.

In accordance with review requirements of the Okaloosa County Land Development Code, the water and sewer system, engineering section shall review all plans submitted requiring water and/or sewer service for the service areas of the county as specified in the current approved comprehensive plan. There shall be a fee as specified in Appendix A for said review per subdivision, PUD, subdivision phase, or other development not serviced by Okaloosa County Water and Sewer.
