§ 21-74. Distribution of funds.

The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Department and/or Okaloosa County School Board shall submit a request to the board of county commissioners for a distribution from the Okaloosa County Traffic Education Fund. Appropriate documentation of expenditures, programs, and other direct educational expenses must be supplied with any such request.
