§ 21-57. Failure to comply with notice, pay fine, etc.

In the event any person fails to comply with a notice given to such person or attached to a vehicle or fails to make appearance pursuant to a citation directing an appearance in the county court, the clerk of the county court shall impose additional sanctions as set forth in section 21-55.

Ord. No. 12-07, § 6, adopted March 6, 2012, repealed the former § 21-57, and enacted a new § 21-57 as set out herein. The former § 21-57 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 75-06, adopted March 20, 1975.
