§ 21-55. Disregard of violation notice; warning of arrest.

  • If a violator of the restrictions on stopping, standing or parking, under this article does not pay the specified fine or request a hearing within 30 days or fails to appear at any court proceeding or hearing pertaining to such violation, additional sanctions may be imposed. These sanctions may include additional fees, collection activity, liens, civil action, a suspension of driving privileges and/or arrest warrant.

Ord. No. 12-07, § 4, adopted March 6, 2012, repealed the former § 21-55, and enacted a new § 21-55 as set out herein. The former § 21-54 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 75-06, adopted March 20, 1975.
