§ 20-179. Authorization to enter into interlocal agreement.

The board hereby authorizes the county to enter into an interlocal agreement with the City of Crestview or any other governmental entities or authorities to jointly facilitate the construction of the project. Additionally, if required, the county is authorized to create, with other governmental entities, a separate governing entity for the purpose of the construction of the project. Such approval of the specific form of any interlocal agreement may be approved by the board by resolution.
