§ 20-177. Pledge or appropriation of trust funds.

By subsequent resolution or agreement, the board shall have the authority to issue revenue bonds secured by a pledge of available funds maintained in the North Okaloosa Transportation Trust Fund or to authorize lease purchase obligations subject to annual appropriation from such available funds.
