§ 20-123. Effective period.

Latest version.

The imposition of the aforesaid local option gas tax was originally imposed from September 1, 1987, to August 31, 2017, both inclusive. Such aforesaid five-cent local option gas tax is hereby extended and shall be effective from September 1, 2017 to December 31, 2044, both inclusive.
