§ 19-79. Penalties.

(a)

Any person who violates the provisions of the vessel exclusion zone shall be punishable as a misdemeanor of the second degree.

(b)

Any person operating any vehicle, vessel, boat, craft or obstacle within a vessel exclusion zone, who has been notified that they have intruded within the boundaries of the vessel exclusion zone and fails to remove their vehicle, vessel, boat, craft, or obstruction shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.

(c)

This article may be enforced by any law enforcement officer possessing the power to arrest.
