§ 17-128. Limitation on expenses.

A commissioner shall receive no compensation for his or her services, but is entitled to the necessary expenses, including travel expenses incurred in the discharge of his or her duties. The Okaloosa County/Crestview Enterprise Zone Development Agency shall not incur any expenses or obligations to be paid or performed by the county except to the extent of funds budgeted and appropriated by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida.
