§ 17-124. Terms of office.

The terms of office of the commissioners of the Okaloosa County/Crestview Enterprise Development Agency shall commence upon the effective date of this article. The initial terms are as specified in the appointment section of this article. Thereafter, the terms of office of the commissioners shall be four years. Each commissioner shall hold office until a successor has been appointed and has qualified. A certificate of the appointment or reappointment of any commissioner shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of and for Okaloosa County, Florida and the certificate shall be conclusive evidence of the due and proper appointment of the commissioner.
