§ 17-21. Adopted.

  • Ordinance No. 90-01, enacted July 10, 1990, adopted a comprehensive plan for Okaloosa County in accordance with the West Florida Comprehensive Regional Policy Plan and the State Comprehensive Plan, Section 187.201, Florida Statutes; providing for current and future land use; providing for current and future traffic circulation; providing for current and future utility resources; providing for current and future conservation; providing for current and future recreation and open space facilities: providing for current and future housing; providing for current and future coastal zone protection; providing for current and future intergovernmental coordination; and providing for current and future utility sites.

    Such plan is not included in full herein, but is on file and available for reference in the county offices.

Editor's note

Prior to the enactment of Ord. No. 90-01, Ord. No. 81-33, enacted June 30, 1981 in accordance with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act of 1975, had adopted a comprehensive plan for the county.
