§ 15-156. Penalties.

Any person who violates a provision of this division shall be subject to punishment as provided by Section 125.69, Florida Statutes. Violators may be prosecuted by the office of the state attorney in the same manner as misdemeanors are prosecuted and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed 60 days or both such fine and imprisonment.
