§ 15-95. Disposition of proceeds.

The fees collected hereunder shall be used by the county to provide 911 service and equipment for the county, as provided for in the Florida Emergency Telephone Act as amended, for incurred charges, or for charges which may be incurred by the county for its initial provision or subsequent addition of 911 service or equipment, or both service and equipment.
