§ 12-271. Use of restrooms.

Notwithstanding any provision indicating to the contrary, it shall not be unlawful for any employee of an adult entertainment establishment, regardless of whether it is licensed under this code, to expose any specified anatomical area solely in connection with excretory functions during the use of restrooms.
