§ 12-262. Operation of establishment contrary to certain requirements of Division 5.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for an operator of an adult entertainment establishment to operate an establishment which does not satisfy all of the general requirements of section 12-241(5) or section 12-241(6).

(b)

It shall be unlawful for the operator of an adult motion picture theater to operate an establishment which does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 12-242.

(c)

It shall be unlawful for the operator of an adult dancing establishment to operate an establishment which does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 12-243.
