§ 12-224. Variance from distance requirements.

The board of county commissioners is authorized to grant a variance from the distance requirements specified herein utilizing the procedures specified in the Okaloosa County Land Development Code (Appendix E of this Code of Ordinances) for a public hearing and notice, and upon a finding of facts as found necessary for the granting of a variance pursuant to the aforesaid zoning ordinance, as amended.
