§ 12-209. Revocation.

  • (a)

    Second violation. In the event a permittee commits a second violation of this Code within a period of two years from the date of the prior violation of this Code, but not including any time during which the permit was suspended, the health department shall, upon the permittee being found guilty or pleading guilty or nolo contendre to a violation of the provisions of this Code, revoke the permit, and notify the permittee of the revocation.

    (b)

    Effective date. The revocation shall take effect seven days after the date the health department mails the notice of revocation to the permittee or on the date the permittee delivers his permit to the health department, whichever happens first.
