§ 12-178. Records and reports.

(a)

Required. Each licensee shall keep such records and make such reports as may be required by the tax collector and the departments to implement this code and to carry out its purposes.

(b)

Consent. By holding a license under this code, the licensee shall be deemed to have consented to the provisions of this code and to the exercise by the tax collector and the departments of their respective responsibilities under this code.
