§ 12-152. Authority.

The adult entertainment code is enacted under the home rule powers of Okaloosa County in the interest of the health, peace, safety, and general welfare of the people of Okaloosa County, and under the authority of the county to regulate the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages under the Twenty-first Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
