Every person, firm, or corporation, their agents or employees, who shall violate any
of these provisions shall, on conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and shall be fined in a sum of not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 for each
offense and, in the discretion of the court, may be imprisoned in the county jail
for a period of time not exceeding six months.
